Our return window, what qualifies and how to start one.
Return window
Unused product in its original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What we cannot take back
- Opened or partly used chemicals, food and beverage items
- Custom, printed or special order products
- Clearance and closeout items marked final sale
- Product damaged after delivery
How to start a return
- Call (877) 873-1336 or use the contact form with your order number
- We issue a return authorisation and shipping instructions
- Pack the item in its original carton and attach the label
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked
Restocking and return shipping
If the return is our error, we cover return shipping and there is no restocking fee. For other returns a restocking fee may apply on freight and special order items, and return shipping is the customer responsibility.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report these within 5 business days. We will send a replacement or issue a credit and arrange collection where needed.
