Order Tracking
Check where your order is and when it will arrive.
Track your order
Enter the order number from your confirmation email. Order numbers start with OC.
Live order tracking is not connected yet. Orders placed on this site are recorded in your own browser for testing and are not transmitted to a warehouse system. Call (877) 873-1336 for the status of a real order.
Delivery times
Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours and arrive in one to two business days. Larger freight items such as furniture and floor equipment can take longer and are scheduled with you.
Something wrong with a delivery?
If an order arrives short, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days with the order number and we will put it right.
